Deep Analysis and Comparisons

Reading & Writing

  • Module 1: vocabulary-in-context opener → short science/lit/history blurbs; punctuation (comma/colon/semicolon) and transition logic.
  • Module 2: more rhetoric/function-of-sentence; quick table/notes items; timing is a touch tighter than M1.
  • Bank overlap with 6A–6C is high; stems repeat with minor edits and new contexts.

Math

  • Module 1: linear functions & systems, percent/ratio, basic factoring, and one concise model-interpretation item.
  • Module 2: geometry parameters (angles, similarity, solids), exponentials/function structure, and one careful graph/table read.

Difficulty Snapshot (coach’s rubric)

Form R&W M1 R&W M2 Math M1 Math M2 Overall

6C (US) Medium Medium Medium Medium Medium

Similarity (Shared Bank)

Pair Compared Observed Overlap* Highest Overlap Areas
6D ↔ 6A ≈ 70–80% VIC/transition items; linear functions; concise modeling
6D ↔ 6B ≈ 65–75% Short data reads; grammar edits; geometry parameters
6D ↔ 6C ≈ 70–80% Function structure; similarity/solid geometry; rhetorical purpose

*June 2025 DSAT forms come from a shared pool; items rotate by module and route.

Actionable Study Tips

  • R&W: drill connector logic + punctuation (6–8 items/day). Keep a mini rule sheet (colon vs dash; semicolons with internal commas).
  • Math: bank time on Q1–Q8; expect one algebra-combination and one careful graph/table read late in M2.
  • Do cross-form rotation across 6A/6B/6C/6D for speed and transfer.
