These terms apply to purchases and use of allsatpapers.com, trading as AllSATPapers. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Digital delivery and access policy and Refund and order support policy. Questions can be sent to exclusivesatmaterials@gmail.com. Purchases and accurate details
You must be legally able to make the purchase, or a parent or guardian must purchase for you. Provide accurate contact and payment information and protect your download links and account access. We may ask for reasonable verification to investigate a payment or access problem.
Select the product and package you intend to buy and check its scope before paying. The price, currency, taxes and any applicable discount shown at checkout form the payable amount. An order confirmation records your purchase; digital delivery follows the disclosed process.
Digital materials and permitted use
Unless a product or written agreement grants a different licence, purchases are for the personal study use of the named learner. A parent may buy on behalf of that learner. You may retain personal backup copies and print materials for that learner’s study where the supplied content’s terms permit it.
You must not resell, publicly upload, redistribute or share the materials or access links with other learners or organisations without appropriate permission. Tutors, schools and businesses must obtain the appropriate institutional or multi-user entitlement before using materials with multiple learners. A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the material. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their respective owners.
Product descriptions and educational outcomes
The product description at the time of purchase defines the selected package’s contents, limitations, delivery method and any included updates. Materials labelled historical, partial or independently prepared should be used with those limitations in mind. Contact us about material errors or missing promised content.
Study materials cannot guarantee a particular score, admission outcome, future exam content or exam format. Any testimonial describes the reviewer’s experience and does not guarantee the same result for another learner. Exam names and marks identify the relevant exams and do not themselves establish an affiliation or endorsement by their owners.
Delivery, corrections and refunds
We will deliver the package as described and handle missing, incorrect or unusable content under the linked delivery and refund policies. An applicable legal remedy takes priority over a more restrictive discretionary policy.
We may correct an evident pricing or listing error. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer a fair resolution, including cancellation and refund where appropriate. We will not silently increase the amount charged or replace the purchased package with a materially different one.
Access and acceptable conduct
Do not interfere with the store’s security, use another person’s payment details without authority, distribute harmful software or misuse other customers’ information. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or address a material breach, and explain the reason where lawful and appropriate. Suspension does not remove any refund or consumer right required by law.
Privacy, third-party services and feedback
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services may have their own terms and technical requirements. We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations to you even when a provider assists with delivery.
If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the service. Sending a support message does not give blanket permission to publish your personal information or use it as a named testimonial. We will seek appropriate permission for identifiable testimonials or marketing use.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
We will fulfil our obligations under these terms and applicable law. The store may occasionally experience interruptions or technical faults; report an access problem so we can address it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes remedies for misdescribed or defective digital content, or requires you to give up mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and changes
These terms are subject to applicable law and preserve mandatory protections available to consumers. They do not impose an exclusive court or arbitration requirement that unlawfully restricts those rights.
Updated terms will apply prospectively. We will not use a later revision to remove purchased access, included updates or remedies previously promised. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect when you placed the order, subject to applicable law and any later change you expressly agree to.
