Shipping policy

Effective date: 4 October 2026

All products sold through AllSATPapers are digital. No physical parcel is shipped and no physical shipping fee applies. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Download delivery

All products are delivered by instant automatic download after successful payment. Download links are emailed automatically to the address entered at checkout. The order confirmation and the download email may arrive separately.

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the checkout email address is correct. If the link has not arrived within 30 minutes, email exclusivesatmaterials@gmail.com with your order number so we can check delivery. Our Telegram link is AllSATPapers; share order details privately rather than posting them in a public channel. Do not place a second order just to try to obtain the first order’s files.

What your purchase includes

Your purchase covers the product and package selected at checkout, including its disclosed files, sections, answer materials and any stated update entitlement. A smaller package does not include every item shown in a larger collection. Full tests, partial sets, question banks and independently prepared answers should be distinguished in the product description.

Please check the exam, year, package, included sections and file requirements before paying. Ask us if anything is unclear.

Devices, file access and saving copies

Use a device and software compatible with the file format stated on the product page. PDF materials require a PDF reader.

Save a personal backup of downloadable files after receiving them. If a delivery link expires or you encounter a download limit, contact us with your order details. We will verify your purchase and assist in accordance with the access terms applicable to it. This policy does not introduce an expiry date or reduce access already promised to an existing buyer.

Updates and existing purchases

Future content or updates are included only where specifically promised for your purchased package. A package covering a named year does not automatically include later years. We will honour update and access commitments made at the time of purchase; a later policy revision does not remove them.

Delivery problems
