Why we use information
We use information to process payments, deliver your purchase, manage accounts and access, answer questions, correct order problems, issue refunds, detect fraud and maintain financial and legal records. We also use store activity to understand and improve the shopping experience.
Marketing communications and personalised advertising are subject to the choices and legal requirements that apply to you. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using its unsubscribe link. Necessary order, delivery, refund and service messages may still be sent.
Where a legal basis is required, processing is based on performing your purchase contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and store improvement where permitted, or consent for activities that require it. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that took place before withdrawal.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Shopify to host the store and process commerce information. We also use providers for payment processing, digital delivery, email, customer support, analytics and advertising. They receive information needed for the services they provide, subject to the applicable arrangements and privacy rules.
Our digital delivery service includes Filemonk. Store integrations include Google services, Meta/Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, Mailchimp and AdRoll; the information processed depends on which services are used and your applicable privacy choices. Third-party sites or services you choose to use, including Telegram, have their own privacy policies.
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the store and its customers against fraud or unlawful activity. If the business is transferred, customer information may be transferred subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.
Shopify Network Intelligence and advertising
Our store uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify processes information about interactions with this store together with information from other Shopify services to improve services, personalisation and advertising. Shopify is responsible for processing performed for its own purposes as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.
Some disclosures for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain privacy laws. Use the store’s data-sharing opt-out page, cookie controls or the email contact above to exercise applicable choices. You can also use Shopify’s Privacy Portal for requests relating to Shopify’s own processing.
Cookies and privacy choices
Necessary cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout, security and preferences. Other cookies or similar technologies can support analytics and advertising.
Use the cookie banner to accept, reject or customise optional categories. Where consent is required, optional processing should follow your consent choice. You can revisit your choices through the store’s cookie preferences control. A separate data-sharing opt-out page is available for applicable advertising-related choices. Recognised browser opt-out signals will be handled where required and supported by the relevant privacy controls.
You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies can affect shopping functions. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential communications about a purchase.
International processing and retention
Shopify currently hosts this store’s customer data in the United States. Other providers may process information in additional countries. International transfers are subject to the safeguards required by applicable law and the arrangements with the relevant providers.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including delivering purchased access, handling support and disputes, maintaining required records and preventing fraud. Retention depends on the type of information, our continuing obligations to you and applicable legal requirements. We will delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained by law.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Applicable rights can be exercised without unlawful discrimination.
Email exclusivesatmaterials@gmail.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised representative’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limit on a request. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate method.
Students and children
Study materials may be used by students. A parent or guardian should make purchases for a student who is too young to purchase independently under applicable law. Please avoid sending unnecessary school records, exam scores or other sensitive student information in support requests.
If you believe a child has supplied personal information that should not have been collected, contact us. We will review the circumstances and take the steps required by applicable law, including deletion where appropriate.
Security and policy changes
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements; the date shown will identify the current version. Where additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it.
